Air Fryer Shrimp Tempura Recipe

Tempura Batter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 egg beaten
- 12 large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix flour, cold water, and beaten egg to make the tempura batter.
Dip each shrimp into the batter, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking oil.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Serve immediately.
