Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Lobster Tails
  • 2 tablespoons Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise.
  3. Gently pull the lobster meat out, keeping it attached at the end.
  4. Brush the lobster meat with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket and cook for 7-8 minutes, until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately with additional melted butter if desired.
