Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Crab meat lump or backfin
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, beaten egg, parsley, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 8 patties and place them in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
