- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs beaten
- ½ cup Flour
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
In another bowl, beat the eggs.
Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
Coat shrimp in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Place shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
