  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • ½ cup Flour
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  5. Coat shrimp in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Place shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
