Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets White fish like cod or tilapia
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 units Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Panko preferred
  • 4 units Hoagie rolls
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 unit Tomato sliced
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Hot sauce

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat each fish fillet in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the breaded fish fillets in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  5. While the fish is cooking, mix mayonnaise and hot sauce in a small bowl to make the spicy mayo.
  6. Toast the hoagie rolls in the oven or a toaster.
  7. Assemble the po' boys by spreading spicy mayo on each roll, then adding a fish fillet, shredded lettuce, and tomato slices.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
