  • 1 lb sushi-grade ahi tuna diced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon green onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds toasted
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, sesame seeds, sea salt, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Add the diced ahi tuna to the bowl and gently toss to coat the tuna with the sauce.
  3. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve immediately.
